ZenFusion Latte
Ingredients

2 teaspoons of ZenFusion Powder

1 cup of milk or a milk alternative - almond, oat, or coconut work great

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup if you like it sweet

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract for extra taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, sift the ZenFusion powder to avoid clumps.

Using a small saucepan, heat the milk until just steaming, avoid boiling the milk for best taste.

Add the sifted ZenFusion powder to the hot milk, whisking vigorously until fully dissolved and frothy. You can use a matcha whisk or a regular whisk for best.

Mix it up, stir in honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract, for great taste.

Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy
ZenFusion Hot Chocolate
Ingredients

2 teaspoons of ZenFusion Powder

1 cup of oat milk or other plant based milk alternative - almond, oat, or coconut work great

2 tablespoons organic cocoa powder
-
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
-
A pinch of sea salt
-
Whipped cream, optional but delicious
Instructions

In a saucepan, heat the milk until it’s hot but not boiling.

In a bowl, mix the ZenFusion powder, and cocoa powder.

Gradually whisk the powder mixture into the hot milk until smooth and well combined.

Stir in honey or maple syrup and a pinch of sea salt.

Pour into a mug and top with whipped cream if desired.
ZenFusion Smoothie
Ingredients

2 teaspoons of ZenFusion Powder

1 banana
-
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or a dairy-free alternative

1/2 cup spinach or kale
-
1 cup almond milk or other plant-based milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds for a nutty undertone

Honey or maple syrup to sweeten the taste
Instructions

In a blender, combine the ZenFusion Powder, banana, greek yoghurt, spinach/kale, almond milk and chia seeds.

Add honey or maple syrup to sweeten

Blend until smooth and creamy.
